Yasmin Mowafy

Mahmoud Bishr

Ayman Elmenshawy

Program Objectives

Empowering youth in business and leadership

Medina Academy is launching a groundbreaking Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year. This initiative is designed to equip students with practical business skills, real-world leadership training, and a sense of responsibility as contributors to their communities.
The group will participate in a tailored curriculum designed to meet their respective levels of maturity, experience, and career
readiness.

  1. Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset grounded in innovation and purpose.
  2. Develop leadership skills through initiative, planning, and communication.
  3. Teach core business skills including budgeting, marketing, and execution.
  4. Facilitate hands-on business projects with real-world application.
  5. Build support through mentorship and team-based learning.

Target Audience

High School Juniors and Seniors (Grades 11–12):**
Emphasis on skill-building, creativity, and team collaboration. Projects are guided and
supported by mentors with regular checkpoints.
