Student Vendor Form for Islamic Book Fair

We’re excited to welcome Medina Academy student vendors to participate in our Islamic Book Fair! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to explore their inner entrepreneur, showcase their creativity, and share their very own handmade products with the community.

What Can Students Sell?

To keep the focus on creativity and student craftsmanship, all items must be handmade by the student. Examples include:

  • Crafts and decor
  • Art pieces or prints
  • Handmade jewelry
  • Bookmarks, cards, journals
  • Small gifts or creative projects

Important Note: No Food Items

Food items will not be permitted at student tables.

We will already have designated food vendors at the event, so student booths must be non-food only.

Why Handmade?

We want to encourage students to:

  • Use their imagination
  • Develop entrepreneurial skills
  • Showcase their hard work and creativity
  • Experience the joy of building and selling something they created themselves

Bring Your Own Setup

Students will need to bring their own table, chair(s), display materials, and any supplies needed to run their booth.

We can’t wait to see what our young entrepreneurs create!

Vendor Fee Applies

In order to help with the costs of the events and minimize no-shows, we will be charging a $20 per booth. If you’d like to have a booth at the event, you will need to make a payment on this Zeffy page in addition to filling out the form below.

This form is only open to Medina Academy students. If you are filling out this form on behalf of a Medina Academy student, click the Login button from the top menu and use Login with Microsoft Teams button to log in using your Teams account.
