Riham Mahmoud

With over 13 years of service at Medina Academy, I bring a deep passion for both education and faith-based learning. I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Ph.D. in Quranic Sciences from the American Open University in Washington, D.C. I have also earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, along with the Initial, Short, and Washington State Certificates in Early Childhood Education. I am currently continuing my studies toward a second bachelor’s in early childhood education.

In addition to my work at Medina, I volunteer at various local masjids, teaching Quran, Islamic Studies, and Arabic to children ages 5 to 10. I also serve as a lecturer with the American Open University, sharing my expertise with students in higher education.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy reading, drawing, and playing tennis. I am honored to be part of the Medina community and committed to nurturing young learners academically and spiritually.
